An error has occurred during the initialization of WOW

Use the information contained in this page to correct the error. You will then have to restart the server for your changes to take effect.

Verify that the following database initialization parameters are correct and that the database password (not shown) is valid:
Ensure the database URL and the PJ_SYSTEM_URL have a prefix included. For example if your database is an iSeries (AS/400) you must specify
the prefix jdbc:as400: before the system name. Also make sure this system is on-line and you can logon to it.
